Black pepper

Black pepper is the powder form obtained by drying the fruits of flowering plants belonging to the Piperaceae family and using them as spices. There are also varieties such as white pepper and green pepper. Although it originates from India, it can be grown in all hot climates. If it is collected and dried before ripening, black pepper is obtained, and if it is peeled and dried after ripening, white pepper is obtained. Both peppers are used as spices.
